By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our website or Services.

  • By using our website, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • Services are primarily offered in the United Kingdom. Use of our website from other countries is at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

  • 1-to-1 Tailored Coaching Subscription: Recurring subscription with no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.

  • Results depend on your personal effort, adherence, and lifestyle. PrimActive does not guarantee specific outcomes.

 

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • PDF Workout Plans are non-refundable.

  • Coaching Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are only available in the limited cases of duplicate or unauthorised/fraudulent payments.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge understanding of these policies.

 

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

  • PrimActive is not responsible for injuries, medical conditions, or adverse outcomes resulting from use of our Services.

  • All exercise and coaching advice is provided for general fitness purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by PrimActive (including PDFs, coaching guides, videos, and website content) are owned by PrimActive.

  • You may not copy, share, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

  • Violation of IP rights may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

 

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Services for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others

  • Harass, threaten, or cause harm to staff or other users

  • Attempt to reproduce or distribute Services without permission

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.
